Returns Policy

At Amijose we strive to make every piece of jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.

 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned to Amijose within 60 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.

**We hope you can understand that personalised products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to advise further.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team here.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Jewelry pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.

GIFT CARD

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

OTHER CONCERNS

We take great care to ensure you get beautiful, flawless pieces. If you feel your jewelry was damaged or have any other concerns, please get in touch so we can help. Ami Jose reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.

 

 

Returns your order is super easy
1. Re-package your item(s) along with a note stating your order number, name and address.
2. Email us at customercare@amijose.com and tell us why you want to return your order
3. Print your postage label and stick it on your package.
4. Take it to your local post office.

Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for an email from our returns team where we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.
